I’m writing an ATLA AU and Theron is Zuko (Angra is the Fire Lord) and I need an Uncle Iroh. Does anyone have any suggestions? I don’t want to skip him because Iroh was such an important part of Zuko’s character development.

But like the situation is so unforgiving to Mather like first he believed he was royalty but useless royalty because Winter had the female-blooded conduit so even if they got the conduit he wouldn’t even be able to use it. Then he finds out that the girl who was denied to him because she was a Winterian commoner was actually the real royalty and she can use the conduit. So he had his whole label ripped from him. Not only that but he spent his whole life thinking he was an orphan because his parents were killed but those people weren’t his real parents. His real parents were right there in front of him the whole entire time, he looked at them, called them by their first names. Not only THAT but his father dies before he can even say anything. And one more, the girl he gave to some prince because he couldn’t marry her is now royalty and she would 100% marry him even if she is royalty but now she can’t because she’s engaged to Theron.

Like Sara Raasch made it so that we would hate Mather for giving Meira to Theron but it’s hard not to feel bad for him because he’s had so much done to him in a matter of days.
